Apple MacBook Air 11-inch 64GB Review
The newer version of Apple MacBook Air 11-inch notebooks are improvement over previous versions. These notebooks are faster, however they have limited flash storage which could be disappointing for serious users.
Apple MacBook Air 11-inch ultraportable notebooks are powered by Intel i5 processors which are powerful for multitasking and offer sharp and enhanced video quality with inbuilt smart video technology.
Pros
Apple MacBook Air 11-inch is the lightest and ultraportable notebook. It is most suitable for entry level users who want to use notebook for everyday use or for browsing the Internet or checking e-mails.
Cons
The biggest problem with this notebook is the Hard Disk size which is just 64GB. For any serious notebook user it will be a big hindrance.

Not only that, flash memory also reduces the notebook weight tremendously and since there is no spinning wheels or any mechanical parts it is noiseless too. This also saves the space and reduces notebook weight.
All-flash 64GB storage is not too much to offer for heavy users. However if you are using Apple MacBook for Internet Browsing or E-mails then 64GB sill be sufficient enough. If you are into computing/graphics design or coding and likely to require more space then try 128 GB version.

The smooth, glass Multi-Touch trackpad makes it easy to navigate through software applications and OS X Lion. Trackpad also allows you to pinch, swipe or rotate images on the display screen with the brush of two fingers. You can also add more digits for a four-fingered vertical swipe to open Expose and quickly glance at all of your open windows.

Revolutionary Thunderbolt technology is developed by Intel with collaboration from Apple. It is high-speed I/O (input/output) technology which delivers an overwhelming 10 gigabits per second of transfer speeds in both directions.
MacBook Air has inbuilt Thunderbolt port allowing you to connect to amy Thunderbolt-compatible peripherals as well as existing USB and FireWire peripherals using simple adapters. Data transfer is 20 times faster than with the traditional USB 2.0 and more than 12 times faster than with FireWire 800. It also allows you to daisy-chain up to six high-speed devices without using a hub. Thunderbolt also supports DisplayPort for high resolution displays and works with existing adapters for HDMI, DVI, and VGA displays.
Unfortunately SD card slot is not available in the 11-inch model. It is available only in 13-inch model.

The battery is advanced lithium-polymer battery with MagSafe power adapter.
For a wireless web it offers Up to 5 hours of life. Standby time is up to 30 days.
